Sean at Continental Motors along with his partner Serge helped me purchase my 2010 Toyota Rav4. This was the first time I had purchased a car from any kind of dealership, and they made it flawless, practically bending over backwards to help me get into my vehicle, and not once pushing me to make decisions. He assessed my sad Subaru as a trade in and admitted I could get more selling it privately to help with the down payment, which I did. Serge drove across town in traffic to pick me up and take me to the dealership the day I was picking it up. The vehicle it self was flawless, the detailer they have on hand did an incredible job I couldn't find a single smudge inside, outside, or under the hood. Serge and Sean told me they don't mess around when they pick their inventory and only the cleanest and well featured cars make the cut, mine was no exception, fully loaded limited trim with leather interior and an aftermarket stereo. 1 month later and I am 100% happy with my decision and would recommend anyone looking for a clean car to check out Continental Motors.

Why did I book a flight from Seattle to Portland to purchase a ten year old Ford F-150? Because Sean at Continental Motors of Portland was more professional, transparent and straightforward than almost anyone I dealt with in the Greater Seattle Area. When I asked if an independent mechanic could inspect the vehicle, Sean said sure rather than give me some run-around about an in-house inspection which most used car dealers do. Additionally, he dropped the truck off to the shop on his own time and picked it up as well. When the shop gave the truck a green light, and Sean thoroughly answered even the most compulsive of all my questions, I was able to easily set up a deal over the phone. Two days later, Sean picked me up at PDX, in my new (used) truck at 8:00 on a Saturday night, took me to his dealership to process my paperwork and take a pic of me with my new ride. 174 miles later, the truck was in my driveway without so much as a hint of trouble. Sean was straight up with me and stood by his vehicle so I was glad to give him my business and I wish more car dealers exhibited the professionalism and courtesy he does. The next time someone I know is in need of a used vehicle, I will be sending them to Continental Motors of Portland. Thank you Sean and Serge!

These guys were a breath of fresh air after trying to deal with a more well-known dealership in Vancouver. I highly recommend to anyone who lives in Vancouver that they make the trip over the river if they want to purchase from people who are sincere and professional in their approach and treat you right as you make an investment in a vehicle. Sean and Serge are a couple of great guys who are willing to genuinely go the extra mile for their would-be clients. Sean offered advice for saving money, allowed me to work things out with my bank last minute, and let me take am extended test drive to make sure everything was up to par. It was found that one of the shocks was out in the back of the Honda Pilot I was drawn in to purchase. The guys ordered new shocks and just had them installed for no charge two weeks after I made my purchase. My car has so many luxury options and I am one satisfied customer after the pleasure of working with Continental Motors. Thanks guys! Jonathan

Best purchase experience out there, got picked up from the airport in the vehicle I was buying with a cup of coffee. After that we stooped at a near Seven Eleven switched seat and I test drove the car back to the dealership, when I got there paper work was ready to be signed and in no time I was off to my journey back home.
